What is the minimum hire period for equipment hire?
The minimum period for equipment hire is 24 hours which usually
means installing the equipment at a specific time and recovering the
equipment at the same time, 24 hours later.
What if it isn't possible to access the
premises at the agreed time to recover the equipment or the equipment
has been lost, damaged or stolen?
If it is not possible to recover the equipment at the agreed time
you should give us as much notice as possible to avoid additional
fees. Whilst our equipment is on hire to you it is your responsibility
and you should insure our equipment against loss or damage.
Please note that Hidden Camera requires a security deposit against
loss or damage of equipment or not being able to recover the equipment
on time.

Can we open an account or do you accept credit cards?
If you would like to open an account please
contact us
and ask for a credit application form. Account facilities can take
several days to approve and are only offered to companies registered
for more than three years in England, Wales, and Scotland, and have
filed accounts that are up to date. No credit account facilities are
offered to private individuals, sole traders or partnerships,
Alternatively we do accept Visa and MasterCard plus Delta and Switch
debit cards.
